The Sakai SW994ND is an ultra-wide, 15-ton highway-class tandem roller engineered to deliver high-tonnage compaction output on large-scale paving profiles where traditional vertical vibration is restricted. Powered by a high-performance 130 HP Cummins turbo diesel engine that requires no high-maintenance active emission regeneration routines, this heavy-duty machine features massive 84-inch wide drums. Its advanced, gear-driven system allows operators to instantly select between high-frequency vertical vibration (up to 4,000 VPM) and gentle horizontal oscillation on both drums simultaneously to safely compact thin lifts, bridge decks, or mats directly over underground utilities and next to historical foundations. Standard production highlights include counter-rotating eccentric weights to cancel horizontal mat shoving, a 317-gallon dual-tank anti-clog water system, built-in fleet telematics, and a premium 180-degree rotating operator station for panoramic visibility.
